Who are we?

Private English Language School focused on delivery English courses for students of any age between 13yo and above, focused on excellent customer service and great range of activities.

What are the main tasks?

  • Assist with registration & induction of new students on arrival
  • Assist with organisation of departure tests & distribution of departure reports & certificates
  • Weekly attendance and welfare checks for students missing classes
  • Preparation of Teacher Induction Packs
  • Distribution of class books to teaching staff
  • Preparation & distribution of weekly teacher documents
  • Advising and assisting students with basic academic issues such as assigning new online classes, taking requests for class changes and so on.
  • Other general daily support to academic managers.

What do we expect from you?

Good level of English (C1 in writing and speaking).

What knowledge and skills can you gain during the internship?

Customer service, teamwork, organizational skills, multicultural experience/awareness, attention to detail, marketing skills.
