Who are we?

We provide support, advise, services, platforms, systems and smart solutions for cities and regions. We operate European-wide from Brussels and Lisbon within an outreach active network of 1200 entities in a significant number of European regions. Climate, society, sustainability, integration, procurement, investment, data are domains on which we provide cities and regions with innovation. European relations, affairs and networks are transversal to whole our’s activity areas namely to support our beneficiary cities and regions in interacting with Horizon 2020, INTERREG programme, LIFE, COSME or ERASMUS+ programmes following-up more that 200 projects it has been involved in.

What are the main tasks?

  1. Planning and programming of European projects;
  2. Forecasts and economic analysis;
  3. Evolution on Covenant of Mayor’s trends;
  4. Mobility at local and regional level, economic impacts;
  5. Trends and data analysis namely in what regards innovative financial mechanisms;
  6. Monitoring and management systems analysis;
  7. Integration in company’s current projects. (Tasks and resposibilities adjusted to each CV)

What is the selection process?

Having shortlisted the candidates based on their profile (CV and motivation letter), we contact the pre-selected candidates and invite them to a video interview with the hiring manager. Within two weeks of the interview, the candidates will be informed whether they have been selected, in which case we start exchanging the relevant documentation and detailed information, all this at least 3 months before the start of the traineeship. We are regularly in contact with the confirmed candidates (future trainees) via email and also various video calls with the rest of the staff and future colleagues.
