Who are we?

We are a hotel, which is located in the very heart of Barcelona. The hotel faces onto the well renowned Plaza Catalunya, a grand square with fountains surrounded by chic shops, restaurants and cafes.

The ultimate location for walking to many of the major sites in Barcelona. Only a 2 minute walk to the well renowed Passeig de Gracia, where you can visit some of Gaudi’s best architecture, namely the Pedrera and the Casa Battlo. Or walk straight ahead from the hotel down the famous Las Ramblas and visit the Boqueria market. Or cross over the square to Barcelona’s old town to do a little shopping and try the tapas.

What are the main tasks?

The intern needs to perform the main tasks of the recepcion, such as check in check out, registration of clients, providing tourist information, administrative duties, housekeeping duties.

What do we expect from you?

The trainee needs to have entered the student Erasmus programm.

What knowledge and skills can you gain during the internship?

Trainee will be in a position to practice english and spanish (and any other language he or she might speak, and to fully understand the funcionality of a recepcion of a small size hotel in Spain with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.

Do we offer any contribution?

We offer 250 euro netto per month. Accommodation is not provided or included.
